Clintons e-mail to Chelsea was itself a TOP SECRET e-mail, as at the time no one knew what the full situation was in Bengazi, and or what the full U.S. response should or could have been. The CIA could and should have been sent to surround the surrounders of the embassy, except that no one in America who was in charge gave a shit.
