Well, look up what a recession is, then try to link it an economy that still grew by 2.9% in the last quarter. It has slowed, but slowing is not the same as FALLING OR DECREASING. Try to learn these basic math terms. Two successive quarters of decrease in the gdp. Sorry. +2.7% is not a “decrease“.

Wether you can have both or not, is BS. You saw it under Trump. As people lose jobs do to a drop in the GDP, prices drop because people are out of jobs and not buying.
