Why hasn't Obama just pardoned Hillary yet?

Liberals tried to say she didn't do it. Evidence turned up that she did. Liberals tried to call it a conspiracy theory. Breakthroughs were made proving that she did. Liberals are now demanding that Obama pardon her for it. I don't really understand why he hasn't already. Her election is going to be vital to future Democratic presidential success. She can't really stand for election very well while in prison. A preemptive pardon keeping her out of trial and in the race would be the most logical course of action for him.

That's what I recall most from the anger associated with Ford's pardon of Nixon. Many felt we were at a point of finally getting to the truth. Then Ford pulled the rug from beneath any such possibility by granting a pardon before Nixon was found guilty of anything.
