"In the summer of 1991, telephone outages occurred in local telephone systems in California and along the Eastern seaboard.
A mysterious computer software failure in Baltimore began a chain reaction yesterday that disrupted the telephone service of millions of area homes and offices in the longest and most extensive breakdown ever in the region's phone system.
For nearly six hours yesterday afternoon and evening, 5 million customers in the Chesapeake & Potomac Telephone Cos.' service area -- including the District, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia -- were unable to complete calls unless they were dialing nearby phones or long distance.
Bell Atlantic Corp., the parent company of the C&P companies, reported that by 9:30 p.m. the entire system was back up and running. The company said it would put together a task force to determine the cause of the breakdown.
C&P officials said the problem would not reoccur in the Washington area because "the entire system has been reconfigured.”
These breakdowns were all the fault of an error in signaling software. Right before the outages, DSC Communications (Plano, TX) introduced a bug when it changed three lines of code in the several-million-line signaling program.
After this tiny change, nobody thought it necessary to retest the program.

Now the correlation between the above story and my topic is this:
Obamacare came into existence because of what? A grandiose plan to provide health insurance for WHO?
Obama told us 46 million uninsured Americans. He later AFTER Obamacare was passed lowered that
figure to 36 million because "he forgot and counted 10 million illegals.

He also pumped up the figure of 36 million by "forgetting" that 14 million that all they needed to do was
register with Medicaid... but of course he couldn't sell a small version ... Grandiose Effort!

But then he bogusly counted 18 million people that never wanted, never needed (under age 34!) who
could afford employers insurance (made over $50,000) but insisted THEY should have insurance!

If the TRUTH had been shared by Obama and the MSM there were less then 4 million I would have gone along with him! There is a way to provide coverage for those that want and needed but couldn't afford.
It didn't though take a 2,000 page bill. A gigantic LIE! And what will be trillions of dollars blown!
Again... the devil is in the details! Try to do several SMALL things well FIRST!
Again look at IKE! He didn't do much but one MAJOR thing he did well was small task but has had a gigantic affect: The Interstate system. Building roads.
That's a simple task that could be easily passed by Congress. Easily accomplished. And didn't require gigantic earth changing efforts on millions of people and trillions of dollars!
Of course THAT WAS DONE BEFORE OSHA! BEFORE EPA! BEFORE all the continual efforts to provide "womb to tomb" gigantic plans!
