Kamala makes an excellent 2nd in command but a poor leader as she lacks confidence in herself. She is much too worried about her popularity to take a chance of offending others that in turn could/would criticize her & offend her perception of herself. Kamala's lack of self confidence is more than obvious to Americans which in turn literally envision her more as a 9 to 5 cubicle employee.
