1. Although I do not watch her (or anyone else on MSNBC), the few times that I did watch her, she was (as another poster said): entertaining. (She does have a distinctive voice. And voice does count. Older members will remember the voice of Walter Winchell on the radio. No matter what he said, it sounded as if it had to be true.)
2. As another poster pointed out, liberals are very upset with the election results. They are looking for "Resistance" leaders. They feel good when they hear Ms. Maddow tell them what they want to hear. (That's why the digital subscriptions of The New York Times are soaring.)
