Trump has already started to backtrack on his threat to attack Syria.

Chances are, even if there is an attack in response to the chemical attacks, it won't do much. Remember his last attack? He left the bunker on the base that had the chemical weapons alone. If he would have taken out that bunker last year, maybe these people would still be alive.
