McConnell has as much, if not more, say than she does. Considering her drunk rambling appearances lately, Trump appears to be doing a number on her.

Co-equal doesn't mean the same. The president has authorities that the congress doesn't have, and congress has authorities and responsibilities that the president doesn't have. You really should look up what authority the Speaker of the House has before you spout more goofy crap.
