Why Was Mike Pence Not Charged With Possessing Classified Documents?

Nope. You're still stuck at square one. You insist that the documents belong to Trump. The PRA is explicit that the documents belong to the United States.

"Ownership of Presidential records. The United States shall reserve and retain complete ownership, possession, and control of Presidential records; and such records shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter."

Give me a holler if you ever get over that hump.
I did not "insist" that at all.

Post # 43 ended this debate 5 hours ago, but keep on waving your arms and ranting & raving, if it makes you feel better. LOL

Oh, I believe you. But this guy says you're a hapless liar.

Nope. Item 3 does not say that the records are Trump's. You made that up.

And the PRA is explicit that it is the United States that owns the records:

"Ownership of Presidential records. The United States shall reserve and retain complete ownership, possession, and control of Presidential records; and such records shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter."

And post #43 in now way refutes the PRA on ownership of the records.

You're stuck at square one, with you ignoring the law, the special counsel and the indictment. And insisting that whatever you make up is the law.

Good luck with that in court.

No, that post simply said that the records were his (in his possession) for a period of time, not that they belonged to him, for all time.
Again Post # 43 finalized this debate.

Your 'point' was that item 3 'shows' that records were his.

You lied. Item 3 said no such thing. With the PRA being crystal clear that all presidential records belong to the United States. There are no exceptions.

"Ownership of Presidential records. The United States shall reserve and retain complete ownership, possession, and control of Presidential records; and such records shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter."

The stolen classified documents don't magically become 'his' because he stole them. The law does not support your assertion. Presidential records have always and will always belong to the United States under the PRA.

Your entire argument otherwise is meaningless pseudo-legal gibberish that ignores the the PRA and replaces it with your imagination.

That's not how the law works either.

You're still stuck at square one with ownership. And you're not getting past it.

At some point you just have to walk away from ignorant assholes

Former Trump Vice-President Mike Pence possessed classified documents from January 20, 2021 forward. NB That part of the [BS] charging document of Donald Trump says he possessed them from January 20, 2021, same as Pence possessed them.

And not until after the MAL raid did Pence decide maybe he should search to see if he possessed any classified documents. Meaning Pence possessed them longer than Trump did.

A 100% selective prosecution of Trump because he is a threat to the deep state, whereas Pence is no threat to that same deep state.

Pence is part of the swamp. They aren't terrified of him.

Because he turn the documents over right away

Show us where she is ignorant to the facts.
Not the facts, the law. She kept ranting about ownership of Presidential Records. Square 1 of the PRA is determining whether a document is a Presidential Record. And that determination is left to the President.
