I am consistent. Syria is being attacked by some pretty nasty people.

Hezbollah is keeping a nasty takeover from happening.

You have no fricking idea what you are talking about. Syrian people are no nasty, they just wanted to end the tyranny of the Assad regime.
As for al Qaida, they came in long after hezbullah did from iraq, iran and afghanistan and are paid by Assad.
You have no idea what is happening in Syria but you can't wait to put your two cents in. Do us a favor and buy yourself a clue with it instead.
Hezbullah has no business in Syria except as Syrian proxies they serve Iran and Syria. They should not have been armed in Lebanon and should not be interfering in Lebanese
politics or bringing Syria's war to Lebanon, but it does. It is illegal for them to be armed let alone waging war anywhere. But you keep singing their praises and letting them kill and suppress people like a good apologist. You think it OK for them to fire on Israeli soldiers patrolling the UN Blue line, or infiltrating into Israel? Instigating a war with Israel from Lebanon to distract from Assad barrel bombing hundreds of thousands of his own people or keep his chemical weapons? How many should suffer because of Assad and Hezbullah to satisfy your blood lust? 5 million? 7 million? 10 million?
How many billions should it cost the world before someone like you realizes Assad is the nasty, not the syria people?
You are keeping a monster in power that tortures prisoners and brutalizes his country. He has caused tens of billions in damage that he cannot pay to rebuild or repair, but you don't seem to care. Maybe you want to give him the money from your own pocket to keep fighting and killing those who he is supposed to serve.

I'm no fan of Hezbollah but I am one hell of a fan of the truth and facts. I can put Al Nusra in Syria from January 2012.

The al-Nusra Front released its first public statement on 24 January 2012 in which they called for armed struggle against the Syrian government.

The group claimed responsibility for the 2012 Aleppo bombings, the January 2012 al-Midan bombing, the March 2012 Damascus bombings[17] the murder of journalist Mohammed al-Saeed and possibly the 10 May 2012 Damascus bombings.

Al-Nusra Front - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hezbullah entered Syria in the summer of 2011.

Hezbullah have planted mines in the Golan, trying to trigger Israel into war that will "unite" syria against Israel. Unite syria behind Assad.

Killing an Israeli soldier in Israeli controlled Golan is an act of war and intended for Israel to be forced to respond, be it at Lebanon or Syria.

No, christians would be protected and equal under the syrian opposition government.
Al qaida, which are paid by Assad, would while they continue to harm Christians.
Christians should want their freedom and be allowed to vote for a new president that will end Alawite hegemony.
Right now, christians fear the unknown, what change will look like. Christians should want an end to the power and brutality of the Deraa family and Atef Najib have in Syria.
Being a minority is hard, but syrians should have rights and representation in syria not be dhimmi to the whims of Assad, his family or the shiites.

Thats some funny shit right there.

Tehran (AFP) - Iran's foreign minister said Monday that Tehran is "ready to help any logical attempts" to end the Syrian conflict, during a visit by UN-Arab League envoy to Syria Lakhdar Brahimi.

Tehran was excluded from the talks after Ban reversed a last-minute invitation when Syria's opposition said it would boycott if Iran took part.

The United States and other Western nations say Iran must first support a June 2012 declaration by the major powers calling for a transitional government in Syria before it can play a frontline role in peace talks.

Iran refuses to consent to a transitional government, saying that "the best solution is to organise free and fair elections inside Syria."

Iran says 'ready to help' end Syria war

Holy shit! "the best solution is to organise free and fair elections inside Syria."

No wonder we do not want those crazy Iranians. We don't want any ideas like that infiltrating the peace talks.

But Assad was elected by free elections, and even with that the people started to rebel against him.

against what candidate and by what percentage?

It is not like american elections or anywhere in the east.

Syria want elections but Assad will not allow the opposition candidate to be allowed to run.

Election in syria is a joke.

not alqaida links. I posted links on Hezbullah and 2011 as well as a link about syria giving them citizenship.

One wonder how many of the Syrians will return home in the future. Today in the paper was a picture of a 107-year old Syrian refugee meeting her relatives in Germany. If things were going right in her country, she would have been able to live out whatever time she has left in her old home. Now there are over 250 million refugees, and no doubt many will never return to their former homes.

They are just accusations. No proof. Just as Assad has accused the west of paying AQ.

I run on facts. Not spin. And certainly not blazing headlines with an accusation. And I certainly would not believe one article in Al Jazeera considering it is the propaganda arm of Qatar.

Half the population if Syria is displaced or a refugee. Lebanon has more than a million refugees and unable to handle so many. Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Turkey, Bulgaria, etc. have taken in refugees, and Syria keeps bleeding more. Not just syrians, but palestinian refugees are suffering in Syria, starving to death. Reports are that there has even been some that resorted to cannibalism after eating dogs and rats. Elsewhere syrians have eaten lions and donkeys when there is nothing else.

It is a pitiful situationist thanks to Assad.

2013 - Hezbollah fighters moved into Syria in force to aid President Bashar al-Assad's army against Sunni rebels.

Timeline: Hezbollah's rise | Reuters

Sunni are the majority but treated like third rate and Assad's alawite/shiite control and profit as preferential in the country.

What is happening began as peaceful protest across the country till Assad's forces fired on them. Military officers dropped like flies and chose to support the protesters against Assad. Ministers, even the VP quit in favor of the syrians.
Hezbullah came to kill syrians that wanted an end to Assad and Baath oppression. They want to have freedom of the press, freedom for a fair ballot of differing parties to choose from. End of torture to threats by the like of Assad's cousin and his ilk. It was to bring an end to cronyism and abuse of power.
