I believe a business should be able to choose who they do business with. I also believe bigotry and racism is bad for business. So if a business man wants to ban people from his establishment let him...go out of business.

Yep. The best, quickest and easiest way to identify the bigots is to let them speak. If a business owner really wants to ban gays, let him do it, and the clock will begin ticking. When he goes out of business, perhaps a non-bigot will move it to replace him. A nice, organic way to do it.

That's why they are resistant to posting signs stating their policy. If they were honest, they would post a sign as a warning to the group they find undesirable. But that bit of honesty ran its Jim Crow south with "Whites Only' signs. What harm, specifically comes to the practice of Christianity by refusing service to homosexuals? How does providing the exact same services to same sex weddings as provided to heterosexual weddings infringe on the rights of Christians to practice their faith?

If Christ Himself refused to associate with sinners, would we regard Him as the Christ? He taught "Love thy neighbor" and "He who is without sin should cast the first stone".

How does refusal of services to other children of God make an infringement on the practice of Christianity?

Churches are absolutely free to exclude anyone they wish. And isn't that the type of church frequented by bigots anyway?

But businesses are not churches. Businesses are licensed, taxed and regulated. And businesses open to the public, unlike churches, cannot discriminate against groups based on race, creed, gender age or national origin.

This way the customer and even hetero customers who disagree with the law are able to find another business. It only makes sense. People can then at least know before going in. Let's talk about religious freedom. What harm comes to Christians by providing the exact same services to gay couples? How is the Christian merchant's ability to practice his faith infringed? Does serving gays as they woul.d serve others impart some undue restriction on their right to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ?
