Don't forget that in 2018 the democrats won 31 seats in districts that Trump won in 2016.
Those 31 seats will swing back to the GOP in 2020 when Trump is on the ballot.
So the House goes back to the GOP. (The GOP actually only needs 20 of those 31 seats)
