Serious mental issues? Well, first, you should define serious mental issues......do you mean insomnia......temporary grief over the loss of a loved one....or someone who votes for bernie sanders?

If the person is dangerously mentally ill.....as determined by actual medical professionals and backed up by due process, then they should not be able to own or carry guns.......this should apparently include bernie sander's supporters.....
