Well shit, after a quick search it does not appear to be and has not been taught for some time now. I should have figured that would be the first thing the dems got rid of in public education.

The libs understand, they're not stupid. They just feel that because the Constitution was written by old, dead white men who owned slaves, it should either be changed, ignored, or have things read into it that don't really exist. Like the "right" to an abortion, and the "right" to a free income and free education.

They don't believe the Second Amendment to be valid, and would have no problem seeing it altered or removed. They value their First Amendment right, but believe that it exclusively pertains to them and nobody who disagrees with them. And whenever the Fifth Amendment is invoked by someone they detest, they believe it's an automatic admission of guilt.

More than several of the left's fellow socialists and communists invoked the Fifth during the McCarthy Hearings in the 1950's, or just refused to answer, one of them being Albert Einstein...

And if I say no, he can then ask if I ever dated a black woman. And if I say no, he can then continue with the narrative that I hate black women.
And if I were on trial for the death of a black woman due to a car accident, I am toast.

THAT is why we have the 5th amendment.

Flynn was harassed and blackmailed into "confessing". The corrupt lying FBI used further bankrupting him and threats of going after his son the same way as a way to get Flynn to cop to a crime that he did not commit.
