Well, you see this poor woman being kidnapped off street...all on video...depending on what is going on....once all the facts are known...it might have been a different story if she had been armed....with a gun...

WHY I CARRY Chilling Video Shows 22 Year Old Woman Being Abducted in Philadelphia

In this case we have a 22 year old woman, identified as Carlesha Freeland Gaither being abducted off the streets of Philadelphia on the way home from a party.

The chilling video shows Gaither being approached by a male suspect and being dragged away.

Gaither reportedly managed to kick out the back windows of the car she was forced into, but was unable to escape her captor.

"probably"
"might"

In that situation, as with most others, its far more likely it would have been taken away from her and used against her.

And of course, that statement has no bearing in fact or reality...it is an uninformed feeling of an anti gunner who knows nothing about law abiding citizens who have actually used guns to fight off violent criminals...

Dude...
You just created a thread based entirely on a speculation fallacy .... and you wanna throw a flag for a speculation fallacy?

Did you eat paint chips for lunch?

Actually, there is some research that shows you are wrong....

Forbes article on Cato institute study on defensive gun uses...they culled through reports to get their number...

Disarming the Myths Promoted By the Gun Control Lobby - Forbes

Whereas gun control proponents often argue that having a gun put people at risk because a criminal will take it away and use it against them, it seems the reality is more often to be the reverse situation. The Cato data contains only 11 stories out of 4,699 where a criminal took a gun away from a defender, but 277 where the intended victim disarmed the bad guy, although the authors acknowledge that these event reports may be printed more frequently due to newsworthiness.

Still, it should also be remembered that the threatened party often has more motivation to fight back than a criminal hoping for an easy score. There were 25 news reports where armed rape attack victims ultimately got the upper hand, and 65 where this occurred in carjacking attempts.

So, if one of us is eating paint chips it wouldn't be me....

Not only should everyone have a gun at all times, they should be combat ready at every second of the day.

I recommend doing combat rolls on your walk from the car to the office, and screaming at the top of your lungs at least fifteen times a day.

Actually, moving in a "serpentine" pattern would be better....and only shout as you stand over the dead criminal...as you do your victory dance....
