They may not have a permanent address, but they do still have the brains, the sense, and the ability to get registered themselves do they not? Why would they need help from anyone else no matter where anyone else on this planet stands where political issues are concerned?

When we were in northern cali, I knew a bunch of folks that were homeless. Some used a PO box, which was about 11 bucks a year. Some used a friend or family members address in order to get their mail.
