Gorgeous George was popular when I was a kid and I'm 72. Around the same time, there was an American Indian whose name I cannot remember. It may have been Lone Eagle, but I'm not sure. What I do remember is that whenever he appeared to be in serious trouble, his wife would beat the tom-tom and all of a sudden he had super strength.

At least back then, wrestling was not as crude as it is today. Just as theatrical perhaps but not as crude. Thanks for the trip down memory lane
