So let's double the tax rate on *YOU* to pay for "freely treating addiction".

Abandoning the ridiculous 'war on drugs' will do that and show a profit. But that will also defund police and prisons. Not to be contemplated.

Not seeing that in Colorado. Crime is up, and the police force is being expanded.

Moreover, legalizing pot, is a gateway drug, that leads to more dangerous stuff.
