Brilliant OriginalShroom! Absolutely brilliant! If what you are saying is correct, why hasn't the House just lowered the funding for ACA. Wouldn't that mean the end of the crisis?
The one thing that you did not consider is that the bill from the House has to make it through the Senate and then has to be signed by President Obama! Duh!!!!
