No that is not what is needed here.

What we need to do is forget about foreign refugees, and institute a domestic refugee program where we go into , starting with , Chicago, and we remove all the innocent blacks who are just struggling everyday not to get killed. Then once all those folks are out, fence off the area, surround it with National Guard troops, forbid any police or emergency services from entering and just let those assholes do whatever they want until they make themselves extinct.
