2021 10 most expensive states to live in.............it's a blue wave of course

The case for Alaska being expensive is distorted by multiple factors:

Huge portions of Alaska are not incorporated as cities or boroughs so have NO property taxes.

Nearlyt all statistics generated there are from Anchorage where almost nobody hunts or fishes for food, preferring the convenience of supermarkets and genereally refraining from price-shopping. In a supposed "RED" state Los Anchorage is dark blue star and their taxes and utility costs reflect that. Not to mention the crime rate and homeless population.

One really should disqualify any survey of Alaskans that includes even a single individual living within a 45 mile radius of the city's central bus depot. Their residence alone is proof of mental deficiency.

Dimocrat policies are always going to cost you more.
It's no surprise whatsoever that blue states are the most expensive to live in.

That doesn't matter...again, your angle is way off.
You're basically trying to tell us that people prefer to live where trash lines the roadways, where the homeless reside, where it takes two hours to travel 50 miles, where english speaking real Americans are outnumbered by spanish speaking illegal aliens, where uninsured drivers are everywhere, where criminals run the streets, where bars are required on the doors and windows of homes.....Come on bud, you can hear how fucking retarded that sounds...RIGHT?

A consumer has an option to buy Product A or Product B. Product A is much more expensive than Product B.

Why aren’t A and B the same price? Why is one more expensive than the other? Why would someone be willing to pay much more for A when they can have B at lower price?

Maybe, just maybe, it’s because Product A is more desired than Product B.

What a crazy concept. Take your time with that one.

I'd like to see them use the averge price of a house in New York state as opposed to Manhattan...

Except for Alaska, which of course is always going to be expensive because of it's isolation.

These are America’s 10 most expensive states to live in

---I've posted it many times-Cali is high priced AND high poverty --because it's the illegal/immigrant capital of the US and their dumbass laws

More desired things are going to cost more. This is basic common sense and you’re arguing against it lol.

Go ahead and explain to the lads how this is wrong.
look you are talking about something different....you are on the outside looking in....its a different thing to be on the inside and to see what is being talked about...shitty houses in shitty neighborhoods, like the one the loser showed, are not desired by lets say middle class people....many so called slum lords own these old houses and rent to the poorer people moving in because they dont have much choice were to live,so you will see multiple families renting them out for some pretty high rent....which leads to some run down neighborhoods......if thats what you mean by desired things costing more ok then there it is.....i can show you pictures of houses in Garden Grove built in the 1950's that are selling for 300 thousand dollars, just because they are near houses in much better areas were the houses are selling for twice that....and the houses in GG look like they are 50 ears old.....it doesnt mean those houses are desired,it means if you want to live there you pay what they are selling for because of the area they are near.....

Right. Exactly.

Certain AREAS are desired more than others. This drives the prices up in that area.

Basic economics. If people tend to like Product A more than Product B, then they are willing to pay more for Product A than Product B. The market value for A will be higher than B.

A run-down shack in Compton will sell for a much higher price than a run-down shack in Bumblefuck, Nebraska. Because people desire the area and are willing to pay more for it.

Not complicated.

You know people who desire living in a shack in Compton?

Haha…you’re trying so hard…it’s cute.
You’ve gone from “better”, to “nicer” to “more desired”….now you’re wanting to compare products to housing.
Pretend you’re not a partly insane leftist for a second and listen to yourself….You’re still telling us that people ”DESIRE“ to live where trash lines the roadways, where the homeless reside, where it takes two hours to travel 50 miles, where english speaking real Americans are outnumbered by spanish speaking illegal aliens, where uninsured drivers are everywhere, where criminals run the streets, where bars are required on the doors and windows of homes.....Come on bud, you can hear how fucking retarded that sounds...RIGHT?

Common sense, bud.

If the market value is higher, then people desire it more. Duh.

Please explain to the class why this basic common sense is wrong.

"This domestic migration away from California is attributed to quality of life and economic concerns. Rising crime, urban blight, and growing inconveniences, such as worst-in-the-nation traffic, erode the state’s quality of life."

I will right after you admit to the class that you dropped out of third grade and missed the teachings of the supply vs. demand dynamic.
Tell them you have mistakenly replaced supply / demand with better / worse.

Nothing substantive in this post.

So it appears that market value is going to determine what is more desired. Common sense.

Would you like to try to refute the point this time? Don’t be scared now.
