How many of those Americans would not have returned from China if not for the so-called ban?
When Trudeau closed the Canada/USA border, he told Canadians to come home before the border closed for good, and with a week our cases spiked, even though snowbirds were order to self isolate for 14 days, and most of them did. At one point, 20% of our cases originated in the USA.
