Dear leader Maobama has been arguing quite a bit before the courts and is getting smacked down on a regualr basis.

From the link:

“When President Obama’s own Supreme Court nominees join their colleagues in unanimously rejecting his Administration’s call for broader federal power six times in just over one year, the inescapable conclusion is that the Obama Administration’s view of federal power knows virtually no bounds,” said Sen. Cruz. “This is a deeply troubling pattern that we will continue to highlight as long as this Administration continues seeking ways to expand its power in direct violation of Americans’ constitutional rights.”

Senator Ted Cruz

Some claim he's an expert in our constitution, yet he has been shot down 6 times when he attempted to go against it. I guess it just means that understanding the constitution and respecting it are two different things.

Has any other administration had a lot of lawsuits? Seems this one is either suing states or being sued for violating the constitution. To me, it's a giant red flag that we've got a dangerous one in the White House.

Obama is one of many who seek to interpret the constitution out of existence. These glorified bullshit artists would make George Orwell's vision of the future seem pastoral.

There's just one little thing wrong with Cruz' little tirade. Of the 6 court cases he lists, only one began with a government action while Barack Obama was President.

Here are the cases and the year in which the government action took place that precipitated a court challenge:

United States vs. Jones-----2005

Sackett v. EPA----2007

Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church & School v. EEOC----2005

Arizona v. United States---2010

Gabelli v. SEC---2008

Arkansas Fish & Game Commission v. United States----2005

Politician's like Cruz count on their supporters being stupid. It's easy to simply go to the Supreme Court website and view the cases in question, yet Cruz is confident most people won't. That's how he, and politicians like him, get away with telling bald-faced lies.

And, that's how folks like most of y'all are manipulated.

If the past is any indication, the thread won't die. They'll just go right on with their outrage as if the facts were never mentioned. Truth means literally nothing to the OMG! OBAMA Brigade.

The point is Maobamas justice department argued them before the supreme court and got their ass kicked, even the liberal judges voted against him.
