An Act to provide relief in the existing national emergency in banking, and for other purposes in which amendatory Act Congress declared that a serious emergency exists.

As the US Dollar burns down and the Economy collapses will Obama do the same? His Attorney General has already said that Banks are "Too Big to Prosecute", so why wouldn't he "go for the Gold"?
I hope he does.
