They are two separate entities.

The Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation is a public charity that performs charitable services and construction all around the world.

The Clinton Family Foundation is a private foundation that acts as a clearinghouse for the family's own donations. None of the Family Foundation's revenue is returned to the Clintons, all of it is donated to other charities.

The Clinton Family Foundation is (obviously) what Hillary donated to. That money will (or already has been) granted to any number of other charities.
