Number 1, There were 10 million arrests for crime so if you take those totals and make them a population that is just over 3 percent of the population. 97 percent of the American population don't participate in crime. so you can only measure crime by those participating in it. Blacks are 13 percent of the population but blacks that participated in crime was less than 1 percent of the population. Blacks who committed murder were less than 100th of 1 percent of the population. Your argument is simply invalid when you use actual numbers. Whites are at least 6 times more likely to be killed by another white. The number of interracial murders every year are miniscule. Whites commit more assaults, batteries, rapes, arson, domestic crimes against family, vandalism, burglary, robberies, auto theft and kill virtually the same amount of people. I linked no proofs to your claim. I linked proof that whites commit the most crimes. Nowhere in those reports does it mention that because blacks are 13 percent of the population that by proportion they commit more crimes than whites. I have been studying these reports since 1994 and not one time has that shown up in the UCR.
