A 30-year-old man is being sued by his parents because he refuses to leave home

Fifty thousand dollars per year today is laughable and doesn't permit one to save anything

Jesus in Denmark maybe but not in queen creek Arizona
In Wichita KS $50k is barely paycheck to paycheck money.

Sounds to me you have financial issues, a cocaine habit maybe?
Nope, just the standard mortgage and expenses. I didn't say what I make, I said $50k isn't big money in Wichita KS.

I could live on 20 grand in south Carolina..and have three trucks and a home on a lake..

Dude..you are a child and don't have a clue.
Either you are a liar or you are planning on three non-running 20 year old beaters and a mobile home.

Actually, if you know how to repair cars yourself, it isn't that hard.

It is amazing how much repair shops rip you off.

I personally don't know how to repair cars, but I have a non-licensed, non-insured mechanic that will do my work for 1/5 the cost, sometimes for just a case of beer, if I just bring him the parts I order on-line. You just need to know where to get the parts for cheap.

And then, as far as property, bear is right, property values vary greatly.

It sounds like you are a really judgemental person that needs to have material items that LOOK like the finest and you need to have the best things to impress people, rather than items that are of utility value. No wonder you have the believe it takes so much money to live.

Get i just purchased a brand new f150 too. Love them. Trade mine in every two to three years. On a retirement income mind you. What color is yours?

You are stupid as fuck on how to manage your money..

When you have to have a new I-phone every time they come out and spent over a grand on a phone... They are stupid...

When they have to eat out 5 times a week + alcohol... They are stupid...

When they have to have a overpriced domicile and can't meet the monthly nut... They are stupid...

When they have to go to a Doctor when they have the sniffles or athletes foot... They are stupid

And the common sense list goes on and on and on...

They have to have the latest model of car, they have to wear the best label of clothes and update their wardrobe every season, buy the latest movie and music for their collection on the cloud, get the latest electronics, and get their coffee drinks every day. It goes on and on. They waste money and go into debt, the bankers love their stupidity, so do the real estate agents and car dealerships.

And these are the same folks that complain we are all ruining the environment with our consumerism?

Actually, we should thank them, the economy would crater w/o them.

I'm tighter than the bark on an Elm tree, where these young spoiled brats are like the bark on a scaly bark Hickory...
If people found out some of the habits I still keep alive that my grandmother learned in the Great Depression, they would think I was nuts.

I do all my own repairs up to a point. Yes, you can save tonnes of money. Even just changing your own oil can save several hundred a year if you drive a lot.

And if they get sick and can't afford insurance then what? Who pays? My kids were in my policy until they got high paying jobs that provided insurance. I wouldn't let them accept entry level jobs with no insurance because those are bad employers and jobs that schmucks apply for.
That a pretty damn unlikely "if", you piece of shit.

You scumbags think everyone owes you something.

Fuck you! us healthy people don't owe you anything

A 30-year-old man is being sued by his parents because he refuses to leave home

Shouldn't they be suing themselves for raising him to desire to still be in his parents' home at age 30?

Lmfao who does this remind you of?

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A couple in New York is turning to the courts to get their 30-year-old son out of the house.

In filings to the state’s Supreme Court, Christina and Mark Rotondo said they’ve been trying to get their son, Michael, to move out for moths.

They’ve issued him five written notices and even offered him money to pay for an apartment,

In a response, Michael Rotondo contends that the notices did not provide enough time for him to leave and says that during the eight years living with his parents, he’s never been expected to contribute to rent or household chores.

Residents in the area think he needs to hit the road.

“I feel bad for both of them, because he’s not learning anything by staying at home and he’s just wasting their time and money,” one neighbor said.
