Well, this is the residuals of war.....vets returning home, fucked up in the head and doing shit like this. I blame George W. Bush Jr. Its time we take a long hard look at returning vets and not dismiss them among us. They're all injured, both mentally and physically and unless we address this, expect more to emerge in our mist and do shit like this.

The shooter was 26 years old. So unless he was part of a special forces child unit under Bush, he would have been part of the Afghanistan War troop surge ordered by Obama. He served between 2013 and 2014. If you are going to blame a President, blame the right one.
