The New World Order crowd and the United Nations have far too much time and money invested in the Clintons for this to be true:
The devious strategy to elect Hillary only works if she appears to be blameless for der führer’s disasters. Gruppenführer Clinton does not stand a chance if she fails to distance herself from the president in the public’s mind:

Put it in perspective this way. Bush the Elder never would have been elected had Ronald Reagan been a lousy president. Only three Democrats, Clinton, Biden, Kerry, are suffering from an incurable disease because of their contact with the sewer rat. Nothing matters regardless of how they spin their tie to the president. They can say they are proud of their part in everything that was done to this country, or they can use the Nazi defense: “I was only following orders.” If Democrats were smart, they would quarantine the three of them.
