A morning wake up call for the left

How can Obama be the cause of revenue falling 400 billion from

FY 2008, which began Oct 1st 2007

to

FY 2009 which ran from Oct 1st 2008 to Sep 30 2009.

Where's the evidence for that blame?

Did it ever occur to you that the House and Senate were both Democratic from 2006-2010?

So who caused it? Where's the evidence for that blame? I think we both know the answer to those questions. Bush had no real power for the last 2 years of his term. For the first two years, Obama sat on his ass and rammed Obamacare down people's throats.

Lets be logical here. Democrats in general are to blame. Deal with it, Carbine.

Then it should be easy for you to cite the efforts in 2007 and 2008 that Bush made to raise revenue that were blocked by the Democrats.

?
and what would that be?
Raising taxes? that kills revenue
In fact the highest revenue this country ever had was with the GWB tax rate(s) in 2007 and 2012
There is speculation that tis year will break those records, but this is mostly due to people seeling investments due to capital gains going up

lots of name-calling and deflection from the left, but litte more

They have nothing else left
Every promise BHO made to them he has not done
Now they also realize that (Some do) GWB was 2 times the leader he is, and in reality did a much better job
I would be ashamed to admit I voted for this
Scandals really began long ago with the gun mess that Holder has gotten away with
Gitmo is still open and (a good thing) we are now in relaity more aggresive in killing terrorist than we was with W (see drone attacks)
Must have been something to all of that

There's Jr equating the civil war in Iraq that President Bushes invasion and occupation let loose with the violence in one of Americas cities again. It was junk when you first made it and it is junk now.

There was never a concensus among scientist in the 70's that the globe was cooling, in fact more scientists even then believed the long term outlook was for a warming earth.

Civil war in Iraq?
you still playing that card after all that has come out?
Update 27 January 2003
read this for starters from the UN and explain to me what happened to those 6500 WMDs?
anthrax as well as the other items Saddam was doing that were suppose to have stopped?
let us not forget the oil for cash scandal at the same time

And you might want to explain to us why it was that Al Qaeda was in Iraq in 2002 PRIOR to us invading has not ever got any media attention as the report from Hans Blix never got any either?

Civil war?

A small outpost was established in the area controlled by the Kurds. You know one of the places protected by the US/UK imposed no-fly zone. They were not operating with Saddams approval in his country either.

It's still a civil war. Has been since about 6 month into the occupation.

BAGHDAD — A coordinated wave of car bombings tore through mostly Shiite areas of Baghdad on Monday, killing at least 66 people and maiming nearly 200 as insurgents step up the bloodshed roiling Iraq.

The attacks in markets and other areas frequented by civilians are the latest sign of a rapid deterioration in security as sectarian tensions are exacerbated by anti-government protests and the war in neighboring Syria grinds on.

More than 450 people have been killed across Iraq in May.

No-one ever stated it would be perfect
also those who were murdered in the US last week?
how many of those where "turf" wars?
all depends how you spin it

I see you ignored the info I provided that now proves Al qaeda was in Iraq 2002 and that the UN said the same the CIA did as well as the British intel excpet for the yellow cake (that was all ready there and not secure)

Gangland is a gun culture.

They love their guns more than conservatives do, more than the NRA does. And they love killing people with them.

Gangland is a criminal culture that sustains itself through local terrorism. A gun is a necessary tool in such an endeavor.

Sure they did. We were going to be greeted as liberators, like the French did in WWII.

There is still no comparison between coordinated car-bomb attacks on a religious sects in Iraq and the gun violence and murders in America.

As I said before the only al Queda affiliate cell set up before the US led invasion and occuaption of Iraq was in the Kurdish controll area. Saddam had nothing to do with them. Except he spied on them to learn what they were up too at the time......

They’d blame Obama for the sinking of the Maine if they could.

Otherwise it’s sad and telling that many conservatives would continue to exploit the tragic deaths of fellow Americans to realize some perceived partisan gain.

Fail.

Obama had to get his photo taken saluting a casket to prove he cared.

President Bush didn't have to. In fact, he went and saw the men and women privately, without a photographer around. He didn't have to prove he cared. He actually did. He's still doing it

Bush never cared enough to salute a dead soldier. But the filthy rotten son of a bitch could raise a tear in self pity as he described the honorable dead.

Global Warming?

HAH!

The 97% consensus paper is starting to fall apart | Watts Up With That?

Our economy has recovered through no action of your liberal demagogues in congress. In fact having a Republican house has stopped Obama from passing any more damaging legislation.

So, all the bad shit belongs to Obama, but anything positive is happening despite him.
Glad we've cleared that up.

Look GWB with his medicare D as wekk as no child was mistakes (un funded)
even though pre 9-11 budgets (GOP budgets) had monies to fund both (2007 budget had a 162 billion dollar defict, last GOP budget)

BHO has an agenda, not whats best for this country
He has proved that over and over
Bad shit happens
dealing with it is his job
while the economy was (is) failing he worried only about Obama-care
BHO added 500 billion to the baseline budget, then blamed it on Boooooooooooooooooosh for the last 4 years (wonder why there is not been a budget sense)

Shall I go-on?

Health care costs have been killing this country economically for a very long time, and the writing was on the wall that it was only going to get much worse if nothing was done about it. Obama pushing for passage of the ACA was doing something about it. Despite its flaws, it is a step in the right direction, and where there are problems with it, those can be addressed down the road.

Healthcare costs were projected to double which would push them to a point where they were eating up over one third of our GDP. While costs may rise slightly in the near term, long term costs are likely to be reduced. Republicans had the opportunity to do something, anything, about healthcare when they had control of the White House and Congress, and when costs were increasing by double digits every single year, yet they did absolutely nothing. Now that Democrats did something, Republicans are crying about it. The bottom line is that years of conservative thinking have not been good for America. What conservatives do not seem to understand is that the majority of Americans are finally beginning to understand all of this. This is also the reason the Republican Party is in so much trouble even when the economy isn't doing particularly well. Conservatives blame the last election results on too many people getting too many freebies/government handouts, but that is not what it is about at all. The truth is that Americans who are living paycheck to paycheck, and that includes the majority of Americans, are finally getting it that Republican policies have been devastating to their own wallets.

Sure Republicans want lower taxes so Americans can keep more of the money they earn. Unfortunately, under mostly Republican policies over the past thirty years, average Americans have not seen the amount of money they earn increase in any real way, unless of course they are in the top ten percent or so of all income earners. People are finally waking up and realizing all these things, and the backlash has begun and will be here for quite some time.

This shit from the left and right just drives me nuts. To think Bush didn't care about those who lost their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan or were injured there is just being an idiot, the same type of idiot that says Obama is a Communist and hates our military. I'ts just the opposite side of the coin but just as stupid.

it is in Iraq

FYI it's Shiites v Sunnis fighting one another in Iraq. Not your typical neighborhood gangs.
