If you want to restrict this to policy:

His border policy that separates families and inflicts unwarranted cruelty on immigrants.

His tax cuts for the wealthy that now have to be paid for by his reducing benefits to the poor and elderly.

His trade policy that says allies like Canada are strategic threats.

His stated intention to no longer make America the World's Policeman while he is willing to intervene in Venezuela.

Alienating NATO allies while excusing murder by the Saudis, foreign intervention in Ukraine by the Russians and China's gobbling up the South China Sea.

His insistence on a wall only to fulfill a campaign promise.

And as for his character, I find him unworthy of respect. He is a bully, a cad and an unrepentant liar. He is, in short, the worst example of a human being ever to lead a great nation.

I have lived through presidents from Eisenhower to Trump. With the exception of the criminal Nixon, Trump displays all the reprehensible qualities I would be ashamed of in myself and my children.

It’s hard to say with that clip given it’s edited; but let’s examine what Obama said... he said oil production was up every year he was president and that’s true. He said it was because of him and that’s not true. But nowhere did he take credit for trump. He was clearly talking about the period while he was president.
