Well all know that zip codes are 5 digits (or 9 digits in Zip +4). Most of us know that some of those zip codes start with zero.

How many programmers and data analysts do you think should know that a zip code that starts with zero should include the actual zero in the data?

Go to this link and sort on zip code. See if you can find where "Franklin, NH" is.

https://data.healthcare.gov/dataset/Navigators/qyne-xyvd

Here's a hint, it's not at 03235. According to the crack team of experts at HHS, the zip code for Franklin, NH is 3235. That means that some unqualified government employee/contractor simply copied data and pasted it into the database and the programmers didn't build in any data validation.

This is really a very rookie mistake. So how is this system supposed to work if they can't find such simple errors?

You dumb bastard, here is a question for you: HOW MANY YEARS HAVE THE PEOPLE OF FRANKLIN, NH GONE WITHOUT RECEIVING THEIR MAIL? Seems to me that the people of Franklin would have probably figured out something was wrong 20 or 30 years ago if they weren't getting any mail. Face it, you are looking for something, ANYTHING to bitch about. Eat shit and die.
Oh, and by the way, your signature describes you to perfection.

Really? Kinda like what the oil companies did with their copy and paste data for the problem that happened in the Gulf Coast.

Sorry...................but seals do NOT live in the Gulf of Mexico.

Actually nothing like that. The very opposite. The oil companies fixed their problems, despite Obozo's yammering about "just plug the damn hole."

If the oil companies fixed their problems, why is there still such a lot of cleanup and problems on the Gulf Coast?

Sorry........................but there are still problems, and they're still killing off not only the wildlife, but also the livelihoods of those who live off them.

Nope.................if you think the oil companies (read BP) have fixed anything, you're one of those idiots who drink at the teat of FAUX Nooze.

Hiring a foreign company on a no-bid basis to write the code is like electing a foreign raised US President who thinks private enterprise is "behind enemy lines", there's nothing good going to come from either

Kinda like wanting the Canadian born person known as Ted Cruz to be the president, eh?

Sorry..................but Obama was born to an American mother (which according to our laws makes him a citizen, no matter where he popped out at, but it was in Hawaii, not Kenya), much like John McCain was when he was born in Panama.

Same as Cruz being born in Canada.

But....................keep trying with the birther bullshit....................

Why won't republicans help to fix it?

Sure why not? Helping this disaster would be like drilling a hole in the floor of a leaking boat to let the water out

Actually, it's more like saying that if we drill a hole in the floor of the boat, we can get rid of the water.

Sorry, but the GOP and their tea baggers are helping to sink the economy.

Right, if only they would stop slowing down Obama's agenda.......

Yea, best not get in the way of that train wreck.

This guy might wind up in a dump pile somewhere. lol

Whine whine whine, thankfully others will fix these issues and Americans will get the healthcare they require and can afford. The whiners will always whine they do nothing else very well. According to the right wing today the 'can do nation' is now the won't do, can't do, won't try, and then they whine about those who move us forward. What a sad bunch of people.

Majority of Americans already had healthcare they require and could afford. Furthermore, even today many American say they do not require healthcare, however, the government says different

Looks like somebody doesn't know that the USPS and Obamacare run on different software written by different people.

And apparently, he's pretty angry about it.
