China has helped Africa much more than any European or Western power has helped them. If you see a nice hospital, school, airport, freeway or rail system in Africa, you can be sure it came from the Chinese people.

African nations ruled by despots and tyrannical dictators will not unite however and too often a coup replaces a devil with a worse one as was the case in Russia, China, North Korea, Vietnam, Cuba et al. And what are the odds that the 19 Islamic nations in Africa will agree to policy and customs that would be acceptable to other Africans?

I would like to see the sub-Saharan African people be lifted out of poverty but that can only happen with leadership who knows how and is willing to promote and allow prosperity. We don't have that in the USA right now and Lord knows most non Arab African nations don't either. And the fact is many if not most people in the Arab nations in Africa are poor.

Sounds to me like you have an axe to grind with France. Why is it that the largest continent on earth has been unable to "break the chains of victimhood."
