Poverty

In Socialism/Communism, poverty is a state of birth. You are either born in poverty, where you will stay. Or you are born among the elite, where you will stay. Examples of this fact exist across history all over the globe.

In a capitalist society, poverty is a temporary escape-able condition, or a result of non participation in opportunities afforded to you.

I had a poverty law professor who taught us how the system is meant to keep a section of our population in poverty, that the system has to have a poverty class for it to survive. I wish everyone gets taught this truth and we're able to rid ourselves of capitalism!
