The only reason the commies want to make PR and DC into states is to give them 4 more Senators. It has nothing to do if they want it or not. Trump did put up one roadblock. He signed a contract to have the remaining wall put up that Biden said he'd stop his first day in office. With a contract signed by the President, Bden won't be able to pull that back.
