But you know what, the voters will likely continue to elect Dimocrat after Dimocrat to positions of power, so I don't feel the least bit sorry for them.

All the Democrat controlled West Coast towns are crime riddened. Come to think of it so are all the Democrat controlled East Coast cities and also the ones in the Midwest and South.

Spokane is only a few years behind Seattle in leftist depravity.

False it is currently a Republican run city with a Republican Mayor heading it and has been Republican for the last 11 years while the past Mayoral history shows that the City alternates between parties for choice of Mayor for decades thus no party has been dominant for long.

I have been there a couple dozen times since the 1980's since it is just 140 miles North of my city.

The majority of voters in Seattle area tend to swing to the Left. Part of the reason Seattle was site of largest city based insurrection during Summer of 2021 ~ CHAZ/CHOP. This was tolerated by the socialist mayor of Seattle and our socialist state governor.

Seattle has slipped far downhill from the days it was voted best city to live in.

It's only because I-5 passes through Seattle that I go there, or pass through. Only item of interest being the Aviation museum in the South part of city, at Boeing Field. A more or less none housing area and more industrial environs.

I used to live near Seattle in the early 1980's when it was still a nice place to go such as Pike Place Market, Seattle Zoo, Arboretum, the giant greenhouses north of Seattle and the Aquarium.

Now I will no longer visit there from Eastern Washington because it is now a leftist slime zone.
