2003 Obama's term as an Illinois state Senator is coming to an end in 2004. Obviously Obama has just been selected to be the next Senator from Illinois, and noticed on a national level. the Democrats will be taking over a Republican seat as the last Senator leaves in a sex scandal.
Someone says "This is a black guy we can make president!"
"OH CRAP! WE GOT A PROBLEM, OBAMA WASN'T BORN HERE" , That's ok democrats don't like that law anyway.
2003 Senator Orin Hatch (REPUBLICAN , Democrat operative ) introduces the "Amend for Arnold" Bill . (NOTICE: this is before Arnold even becomes Governor) . They are aware of every politician that will now become eligible.
2003-2004 Arnold the Republican , wins governorship in a Democrat state.
The plan is set, the Republicans will be so in love with the Hollywood star that the dems will be having the Republicans chanting "Amend for Arnold!", they'll get just enough votes to tear down the law , and then somehow there will be a change of events and get Kenyan born Obama. They got 4 years to work this out.
2003-2004 Obama is running for Senate against super conservative Alan Keyes. Obama is openly described in the media as "The Kenyan born candidate"

Arnold starts holding special elections in California to break up union power, which is a big no-no, the Democrats have to get this guy out of here.
Turns out, changing the Constitution isn't going to be as easy as they thought. 4 years probably won't be enough.

Who is the first to raise alarms about his citizenship? Alan Keyes.

The "Birther" movement won't die , so the government forges a birth certificate for Obama. They give him a Connecticut Social Security number, which is a joke reference to GW Bush being born in Connecticut, and have his Hawaii certificate signed by Dr. U.K.L. Lee (ukulele)
2012-2013 Obama secured in his second term.
2013 Arnold starts on his "Amend for Arnold" BS again.
The Democrats don't talk about it while Obama is in office. Why not?
Now that Obama is gone, the Democrats WILL BE bringing up the subject again.
