They seem to forget that most of the uptick during the Bush administration was because of TAX CUTS (They didn't really ever pay for any of their spending) and most of the uptick during the Obama administration was PAYING DOWN THE BUSH SPENDING.

Obama didn't pay down a thing. He spent more that the biggest spending President.
He borrowed more than the biggest borrowing President.
He now holds both records. And we're stuck with the bills.
