Once again the Left outdo The Onion.

Oh look. Here's another lifeless bag who found a story of a tragic murder and the first thing he thinks is "hey! I can drag their corpses to USMB and score points for Numero Uno!!" :eusa_dance:

Pathetic shit. Well I guess it's good to know who the sociopaths are.

Now that you've been discovered --- what in the wide world of Blue Fuck does this story have to do with "Democrats"? Or with any "politics"?

Now. One last thing.

It's FEWER voters, not "less" voters. :banghead:

I uh, believe Hitler was a vegetarian.... :eusa_whistle:

I am compelled to reiterate: "Wow".
Will chalk it up to "raging hormones".

Hitler was also a socialist, genius

HITLER WAS A SOCIALIST

Sure he was. And the Pennsylvania Dutch came from "Holland". And Grape Nuts has both. And the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is either. And don't bother going to see a concert by 10,000 Maniacs, because the stage takes up the entire venue.

Grape Nuts, do they taste of grape or nuts?

Early 10,000 Maniacs okay, um well "Secrets of The I Ching" their first album and "The Wishing Chair" their second album okay after that they went to Pop for me, sort of like The B52s, early B52s excellent then they went to Pop for me.

Actually I know as much about 10,000 Maniacs as I do about Veganism. I just know there's nowhere near ten thousand of them. Yet Edgely wants to take Hitler's word as some kinda gospel. :wtf:

Grape nuts are made from barley. They have no grapes and no nuts. Never did. And the "Pennsylvania Dutch" actually came from out your way (Deutsch corrupted to "Dutch"). Etc etc.

When I was in Texas I nearly had Grape Nuts but then thought no this was the same day I was offered grit and I said no they said they have bacon with grit, I thought how bizarro Americans eating grit but then someone tell me that in Arkansas or I think perhaps Missori they eat squirrels. Yes I know about the Pennsylvania Dutch, I think also they are in or have been in New York not New York City but the higher on the map New York that is nearly in Canada.

The left and their stupidity are now killing people. The idea that people are inherently good and that all cultures are equal and all we need to do is talk with them, and they won't be violent, is very dumb. Guys Western civ is the best, the US is the best and anyone who disagrees is a moron.

This couple biked through ISIS territory and got killed......you cant make this stuff up.

Washington Post: Breaking News, World, US, DC News & Analysis

We get the same sort of idiocy showing up doing volunteer work. The morons think if they 'keep a positive attitude N stuff' that all the local homies are going to love them, so they usually end up getting robbed or beaten by the usual predators.

Apparently the fact that everybody at the local churches we're doing work for are running around armed, even the 'sweet old ladies', doesn't register on the Prozac eating gimps. They never come back after the first day or two.

bingo! It's like they think we make this stuff up because we're racist.........

yes its much better to live in fear..and never venture out....their choice was stupid but stupid choices are made by people of all ages....not just young ones

There may be some in New York but they (Amish) are associated with Pennsylvania but also spread through the midwest. Years ago I worked with a fabric vendor and we would drive trucks out to Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin (stayed with Chuck Mitchell there who you know from Joni) and down to Illinois and Missouri and a few in Minnesota and Kentucky.

Grits is always plural. I grew up on 'em and I have them right here. You should come for breakfast, because nobody makes grits better than I do. Yum.

The squirrels I have no knowledge of. All I know is Germans can't say the word. :smoke:

I blame Miller "Beer" commercials for that with their old ad campaign about "less filling / less [sic] calories"

Instant dumb-down.

Millennial Couple Bikes Near ISIS Terrori

The couple documented their year-long journey on Instagram and on a joint blog. As The New York Times put it, they shared "the openheartedness they wanted to embody and the acts of kindness reciprocated by strangers."

“You read the papers and you’re led to believe that the world is a big, scary place," Austin wrote.

“People, the narrative goes, are not to be trusted. People are bad. People are evil."

“I don’t buy it," he continued. "Evil is a make-believe concept we’ve invented to deal with the complexities of fellow humans holding values and beliefs and perspectives different than our own... By and large, humans are kind. Self-interested sometimes, myopic sometimes, but kind. Generous and wonderful and kind.”

However, Austin and Geoghegan's dream trip came to a tragic and gruesome end when they got to Tajikistan, a weak state with a known terrorist threat that shares a border with Afghanistan, where ISIS and other terrorist groups are highly active. They were riding their bikes through the country on July 29 when a car rammed them, according to CBS News. Five men got out of the car and stabbed the couple to death along with two other cyclists, one from Switzerland and the other from the Netherlands.

Two days later, ISIS released a video showing the same men sitting in front of the group's black flag. They looked at the camera and vowed to kill "disbelievers," according to The New York Times.

DUH.

THIRD thread on this now?

Gracie I'm disappointed in you, getting through this entire post without using the word "whippersnapper" or the phrase "these kids today"...

Hey, when I was younger I rode a bicycle damn near everywhere I went. Started cycling back in '86 and still going strong at 54. People in my various commands thought that I was totally nuts for not having a car. They thought I was even crazier when I cycled from one duty station to another.

Rode from Memphis TN to Jacksonville FL in 7 days.

Rode from Jacksonville FL to Newport RI in 12 days.

Rode from Newport RI to Norfolk VA in 5 days.

And, my average daily distance was anywhere from 50 to 100 miles/day, depending on whether or not it was an off day.

I don't fault these people for trying to do something noteworthy, but I do think that maybe they could have picked a better route.

I trekked all over France and England with no resources, though not by bike. Lotta walking. Overall it was the most enriching experience I've ever had.

I trekked all over France and England with no resources, though not by bike. Lotta walking. Overall it was the most enriching experience I've ever had.

My first trip from Memphis to Jacksonville, I packed a fanny pack with about 25 lbs of gear (shorts, tshirts, etc.), and found out when I got to Jacksonville, I didn't need about 90 percent of it. Not only was it not needed, it was a lot of extra effort when climbing hills on the bike.

However............I was a hell of a lot smarter on the next trips. Decided that all I really needed to pack was 1 extra pair of bike shorts, 1 jersey, 1 pr sandals, and 1 pr. regular "street" shorts. All of that fit quite nicely in a Camelback with a couple of gear pouches, and I would stop in the evening and stay at a hotel. I'd shower with the shorts and jersey on that I'd worn that day to clean them, and wear the extras that I'd brought with me that evening and starting the next day, and repeat the process all over that evening.

Probably one of the most enriching experiences that I've ever done. Not only did I find out a lot about myself (lots of time to think when riding long distance), but I also learned that I have a hell of a stubborn streak and don't let things get in the way of my goals. Riding from Jacksonville to Newport, I spent the first day roasting in the sun, and the next 3 riding in constant rain. Almost quit on the second day of solid rain, but perservered, and the second week was absolutely wonderful and fun, because I was riding in decent weather with tail winds.

Nature's way of cleaning the gene pool. Brain dead vegan liberals who put their lives on the line to test their leftist theories finally found out the hard way, but at least they spent the last year of their lives really enjoying things seeing the world.
