The lives of four military members could have been saved today in Chattanooga by such a change in policy. May God comfort their families. I doubt, Mr. Obama, that you will.

Oh my, it's been a long standing position by the military...So every other president didn't care either..

I carried an m16 with a round chambered
I carried a 45 with a round chambered.
One time the old man Company Commander caught me without a round chambered and I was told to chamber a round.
This happened at a base here in the US.
The weapons were special so I can't give the name out

President Zippy could of, at the least, signed an EO (executive order) today forcing the DoD to post either MPs' or military recruiters to carry arms at recruitment centers in the public sector, like today!
Instead, he's choosing to plan a father-daughter weekend with his kids. Too bad, dead Marines can no longer do that.
