This guy was a marathoner, just crossing the finish line at the Boston Marathon when the bomb went off. Fortunately he (and is wife who was photographing him) was not hurt.

Was no doubt shaken up by the bomb, the carnage, etc. Finally his trip was over, and he went back home to relax... in Texas.

And he was driving along Interstate 35, going past a fertilizer plant, when THAT exploded like a thousand bombs at once. Again he was not hurt. But geeez.....

I think I'll find out where this guy plans to be for the next few weeks... and stay far, far away from there. Just in case.

Man Miraculously Survives Boston AND Texas Explosions

He's like the modern-day farmer McLean from the Civil War, isn't he?

His farm was destroyed during the first battle of Bull Run, so he moved farther south to avoid any more battles being fought on his place. He moved to...Appomatox, VA and Robert E. Lee surrendered in his living room 4 years later. Once again, he was virtually wiped out by souvenir hunters.
