This incident happened 24 hours ago and i just read another article on it that came out 5 hours ago. They're still not giving the name of the killer. Looking more and more like he's illegal and the press is protecting him like they do all illegals.
If he was in California, then cell phone use while driving is prohibited. Therefore if he was using a cell phone (which you're just guessing here), then he should be charged with wreckless driving causing death. However, I know many states that do allow cell phone use while driving. I'll bet states that allow it outnumber those that don't.YES!!! BAN cars as over 40,000 people are killed each year!!!

Interesting that they censored the name of the driver. Was he an illegal? Anyway, if a shooter killed 5, the story would be headlines.

Five people, including three children, were killed when a van veered into oncoming traffic in Hesperia early Sunday, collided with another vehicle and landed on top of the car.
The crash occurred shortly before 7 a.m. when the driver of the van traveling east on Main Street crossed into the westbound lanes for unknown reasons and collided with a Honda sedan that was stopped at a stop sign at Balsam Avenue, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
The van was occupied only by a male driver, who had minor injuries and was treated at the scene. No arrests have been made.
