The US has 200,000 miles of pipelines for petroleum, you really think a pipeline called the Keystone XL that is going to join another pipeline in the Dakotas will stop oil from flowing? Keystone is debatable yet the reality is that Democrats pursue policies that put US more dependent on foreign oil.
