You do know that the Trump Organization is a construction and real estate company? If there is one thing Trump understands it is construction.

As for getting Mexico to pay -You do realize that the Mexican economy is almost entirely reliant upon the US? Around 80% of their exports go to the US. We also gave them $970 Million is foreign aid in 2014 and are on track to give over $1 billion in 2015.
