There is a difference between someone born to American parents in a foreign country and someone born to a father who was not American and a mother who was under the age of majority at the time of giving birth.

Obama's Hawaii birth certificate has been studied by forensic experts and found to be very questionable. Nothing will ever come of it because the idiot will be out of office in a year.

there is language in the statutes that says that if the mother is under the age of majority and has been out of the country for more than 5 years before giving birth in a foreign country and the father is not a US citizen then the child is not a US citizen. If Obozo was born in Kenya, as claimed by him and his publisher, then that statute applies, if he was born in Hawaii as now claimed by him, then its a moot point.

Trying to create a controversy on Cruz and Trump on this issue is a sign of desperation caused by your lack of a viable dem candidate.

They simply cannot disqualify someone who legitimately won the nomination, thereby, disenfranchising half the country... that's never going to happen in a bazillion years.
