Are Trumpees Getting Cold Feet As The "Wedding" Date Starts To Look Real?

If we wanted to implement Hillary's and Obama's agenda, then Kasich would have been the correct choice.

Here's that continuum:

(far far left)Obama..............................................................................................................Hillary.....................Kasich............Neocons

However, the fact that the left is in such an uproar is proof that Trump is the right guy.

God, this is such a fucking stupid argument. I'm sick and tired of hearing it, it's so fucking stupid! If the GOP nominated Kim Jung Un the left would be in an uproar. You think he's the right guy?

iceweasel is has a diehard schoolgirl crush on Trump. Either that or she works for him online. Trump's got quite a payroll of full time bloggers I hear. S/he's losing the grip on the Trump hypnosis. So grasping at false deduction is all that's left.

Wrong, they wouldn't be in an uproar over Kim Jung Un. They nominated the female equivalent.

Lies and smears is all you have. What a piece of shit.

No Hitler reference? You're slipping. It's a great argument, if the left is outraged some good has happened. They see Trump as the biggest threat to open borders, keeping common core, overturning the 2nd amendment, their ever increasing government titty, etc. etc. I want lefties foaming and convulsing in the streets and only Trump has delivered.

Sounds like Stephanie got jilted and is back stabbing, many women do that. However, the fact that the left is in such an uproar is proof that Trump is the right guy. Can you imagine ANY leftist outrage of Kaisich? Christie? Even Cruz barely drew a protest.

Uh, there's outrage against Trump because he is outrageous. The racism, the misogyny, the hatred.

I used to wonder what my Grandparents were thinking as they watched Hitler rise to power.

I don't wonder that anymore.

I think Iceweasel is a dude.

Also, he was a Trump type of person long before Trump came along and met all his racist anger needs.

10 million people voted for Trump in the primaries. A handful of high placed articles does not show "buyers remorse" to any significant degree.

He was an obnoxious asshole from the beginning. His comments about Mexicans came last July. His statement about building a wall was also made last July. His comment that McCain wasn't a war hero because he got caught was made last July.

Last August was when he accused Megyn Kelly of being on her period during the debates.

Last November Trump talked about forcing muslims to register in a database. It was also November of 2015 that he did his impersonation of a reporter with a disability.

Last December Trump talked about banning muslims from the US.

There were plenty of awful things about Trump well before any of the primaries, and has continued. But his popularity has not faltered enough to show any justification for delegates deciding that they know better than the voters.

trump plays to the base feelings of his base.....its all about feelings...build a wall....make american great again blah blah blah....not one iota of policy

I disagree. Remember my analogy in the OP about Trump being stuck in an infinite loop with his uncontrolled outbursts and outrageous comments:

"You know..it's like proposing marriage to that pretty, wild, witty drunk girl you met at the bar...and as the date of marriage looms ever closer and she's still hittin' the bar every night even though you're begging her to stop, you realize "oh, I may want to raise kids with my wife..."... Cold feet. You, know.....Outrageous statements after outrageous statements sound funnier at the bar than they do at the altar, or in front of the kids at the dinner table."

That's why the title says "cold feet". Of course 10 million people fell in love with the pretty drunk girl at the bar. But now that marriage looms closer....cold feet are setting in.

You still don't have enough evidence of "cold feet" to justify ignoring the will of the voters. If you post 25 prominent people saying they changed their mind, you have shown cold feet in 0.00025% of the people who voted for him. In other words, 99.99975% of the voters who cast their ballot for Trump may still want him as president. Toss out the votes of 10 million people based on a few highly publicized remarks will cause more chaos than good.

"Word is on the street"? Push polls and fake polling data doesn't work anymore so now it's "word on the street"? Of course the left doesn't mean Wall Street because socialists hate big banks while their hypocrite candidate takes millions from Wall Street banks in mystery speeches. A more accurate "word on the street" is that Hillary will be indicted and the left will be stuck with a shrill possibly psychotic accused felon.

Well it's mounting more and more. We'll see a lot more of it in the coming days. You know how when the days tick off towards that mistake of a wedding proposal, the curve on the chart for cold feet hits an exponential direction.

And BTW, if the will of the voters has changed since they cast long ago in the primaries, voting to reflect that change as a delegate isn't "ignoring the will of the voters". It's actually paying close attention to their will just in time to save everyone; most of all, the voters' regret.

Paying close attention to how many? What is the maximum number of Trump supporters that you can show have changed their mind?? 25? 100? 500?

If you can show examples of 500 Trump supporters changing their mind, and I'm betting you can't, that is still less tha 1/100th of a percent of the people who voted for him.

So no, you have no evidence that this is "paying attention to the will of the voters".

Well, you understand what "time" is don't you? And you understand "the passage of time", yes? And I know you understand what I said in my last two posts. So read them again and note that the trend is escalating. You took basic calculus in high school, right?

Most rank and file conservatives are either idiots, assholes or both. This time their stupidity has surprised even themselves.

Too bad. Trump has won the nomination fair a square. "Buyer's remorse" doesn't count once the ballot has been cast.

I'd like to think that this time they will have learned their lesson - to think before they vote. But if thinking were within their capabilities, they would not be conservatives.

Given that you have provided no evidence for even 1/100th of a percent changing their mind, bringing up calculus is rather amusing.

You have shown no evidence that there is anything more than a handful of publicized defectors changing their mind.
