In addition, Yousef Al Otaiba, the United Arab Emirates ambassador to the United States, said in a statement this week that the Emirates stood ready to join the fight against ISIS. “No one has more at stake than the U.A.E. and other moderate countries in the region that have rejected the regressive Islamist creed and embraced a different, forward-looking path,” the ambassador said.

Enlisting support from Sunni populations in Syria and Iraq is crucial, experts said, because airstrikes alone will not suffice.

Which says one of two things, or both:

  1. The American military isn't as strong as the Pentagon would have us believe, and/ or
  2. the American military is as strong as the Pentagon would have us believe, but evil, because though we could squish little terrorist puke countries like the bugs that they are, we don't, simply because we like to keep the military-industrial complex fully intact.

How shameful.

and --- this is a good example of a thread the other day where a poster posted [and Moaned] that some Conservatives were saying that warrior CHILDREN were crossing / infiltrating the USA southern border . So this OP and thread is an / my example of Warrior children being built from a very early age . Different part of the world perhaps but still a good example of wot ' could ' be coming across the USA southern border .

Then where is the Arab world to stop them. The Turks and Iranians have done something. Where is Saudi Arabia? Not our job to fight their battles anymore.

I hear that Lebanese Christians are arming up so as to be ready , just saying as I see that Lebanon [home of Danny Thomas] was mentioned .

Could be. I think it's more the fact that Saudi Arabia has a huge Wahhabi reactionary movement inside country. If the bomb ISIS then they would have to deal with it.

We should give the Christians everything they need to defend themselves. Hell,I would park a carrier off coast to protect them.

These scum take hostages, stay near populated ares. The US didn't do -0- against al Qaeda for a couple months after 9/11, al Qaeda was within a contained nation, with BORDERS & things like that; now we can pick needles out of a haystack? More on Arab nation actions:

well , I'm not saying that the infants should be hung , just saying that they will be well trained and from a very early age . Raise up a child in what he is going to do from a very early age is the goal . American and English kids will be taking piano lesson while these kids look like they are training fer ' jihad ' !!
Then how about American soldiers or someone comes in and removes the child from their home before they're brainwashed? Then adopt them out, instead of killing innocents.
I commend you for such a heartfelt, albeit unrealistic, liberal suggestion.
