What a great idea, people leaving the blue states that pay the bills for the federal government and provide the aid for the red states. Red states will now have their hand out even more.
Hint for the cons, either bring your A game to make it in the competitive economies in blue states, or head to Alabama or Texas and git you one o' them minimum wage jobs. They have lots of those.
