Baltimore: get rid of police--enable criminals

The Chicago Police Department has taken steps to end the 15-year ordeal of a man who alleges he has been detained more than 60 times on the belief he was the man named in a southern Illinois arrest warrant, a lawyer for city said Monday.

This is why cops are not trusted in certain groups of people. You would think after harassment after harassment they would figure this out. It looks like it's going to take a lawsuit to finally do something. But here is why I posted this here.

All over a minor charge. The cops are right on the ball in stopping someone for not using their turn signal and then falsely arresting them over someone else's minor charge but can't seem to be bothered solving bigger crimes.
