Last several times I voted...there was never any paper ballots.The Trump cult sore-loser kooks do realize that the votes are on paper ballots, right? And that those ballots still exist? And they can simply be rescanned or recounted by hand?

Baltimore uses paper ballots. All of Maryland does.Last several times I voted...there was never any paper ballots.
